2. What data we process

  • Contact and contract data: name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, membership and payment details.
  • Access data: times of entry via QR code or access system, and a photo used to verify access rights.
  • Video recordings in certain areas of the gym. Changing rooms, showers and toilets are not monitored.
  • Form and contact details, e.g. for trial workout or coaching requests, including any health information you choose to provide.
  • Technical data when you visit the website, e.g. IP address, browser and cookies.

3. Why we use it

To set up and manage your membership, control access, keep the gym safe and prevent misuse, answer your requests, process payments and meet our legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We use service providers, for example for our website, online shop and member management (Wix.com), payment processing, the access system, IT and accounting. They process data only on our behalf. Some providers may process data abroad (e.g. EU, USA, Israel); in these cases we ensure adequate protection, for example through standard contractual clauses. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) also processes your data.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law (e.g. accounting records for 10 years). Video recordings and access data are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to clarify an incident.

6. Your rights

You can request information about your data at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, unless we are legally required to keep it. Just write to daniel@warehousegym.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
